Offsite backup
I backup all key content to Amazon S3 using Jungledisk. Need to figure out how I want to set up my cron jobs and what should be included in that. For example, not sure I really need to back up with iTunes folder, but do want to back up music projects, pictures, etc
Onsite backup
Have to really figure this out. Could just get a Drobo or a Raided system and plug individual laptops into the system as required. Alternatively, need to figure out out to get a redundant network attached storage system, perhaps drobo share, or something else.
Removable storage
Right now I have a 320 GB WD Passport which houses my Kore2 library, Ableton Library, iTunes Library and iMovie content. Thinking of getting a 500 GB Firewire drive for that purpose, and converting the WD into a timemachine drive, or a bootable image that I can update from time to time.
I also have a 500 GB IOMEGA firewire drive that I use for my sample library. One possibility is to get a RAID system for that as well, although samples can be recovered.
